About the programme
SRIBS Summer Research Program provides students with an opportunity to gain research experience and work under the guidance of experienced faculty/researchers at SRIBS.

- Theoretical and Computational Physics
- Theoretical and Computational Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Theoretical and Computational Biology
Eligibility
- Undergraduate and postgraduate students from relevant disciplines can apply.
- Students with a genuine interest in research are encouraged to apply.
Program Guidelines
- The work is primarily computational in nature; hence, students are advised to bring their own laptop.
- The research work must be documented and presented at SRIBS before issuance of a completion certificate.
- Any publication arising from the work requires prior permission from the Director, with the SRIBS supervisor as the corresponding author and proper institutional affiliation/acknowledgment.
- Students are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of the institute during their tenure.
Program Fee
- The fee is ₹2,000 for 15 days, ₹3,000 for the first month and ₹1,000 per month for each additional month thereafter.

- A detailed CV
- A formal forwarding letter from your Head of the Department
- Your expected date of joining and duration of the project
Selection
Candidates will be selected based on their academic background, research interest and availability of research positions.
